You said vhs or dvd. Well Cathe sells it on DVD with Circuit Max for $45.99. Hope that helps!

Armywife, like that name

I know she does, I have CM on VHS, never did the workout

so I really didn't want to fork out $45 bucks, would if I had too. I love CK its' my favorite KB workout. I have one coming
