hey all,
well, i'm in the market for a new cutting board...my old boos maple one which i loved, cracked when dropped while moving this past year. and before i go ahead and get a reaplacement..i was wondering if anybody had any thoughts regarding alternative surfaces..."bamboo", in particular.
anybody have one? is it easier to care for, less bacteria issues? or does somebody else have an alternative surface you favor? i've tried those plastic antibacterial white ones, but don't care for them.
thanks so much!
