Can I make a confession?

I haven't worked out since before Thanksgiving. I am hoping to start getting back into it this week since I have the last part of the week off. I guess the good thing is that I don't own a scale so I can't weigh myself, however I don't think I gained any weight.

Don't worry about it Beth, neither have I, since before then actually. Still, we'll both get back to it soon, of tht I am sure.

Beth, I'm right there with you. I have had to curb my workouts to a much lighter degree due to an injury. I am aching to get back at it though! Did you get the new series? If so, pull it out and get busy. It will get ya' hooked right away. FUN music and some new neat moves. Let us know how you do.

Hi Clare!

How are you feeling? Been thinking of you. Have you done L&G's yet? Try it, you'll love it. Right from the beginning with "A Band of Gold!" Have a wonderful holiday. It is raining here tonight but the snow is suppose to start anytime and they are predicting a white Christmas Eve & Day! (That will be fine, but then I hope it goes away!) Merry Christmas to you!

Hi, Beth, I took a break too and I am loving reclaiming my fitness level! You get back in the game so much more quickly than when you were a beginner and all the delicious pleasure of seeing your body respond to training and feeling the effects of those wonderful endorphins will make you appreciate working out all over again. Breaks happen. Ease back in and I bet you will have a fresh apprecation for the beautiful benefits of exercise!

It's the perfect time of year for this to happen. The new year is coming. Time to make changes, start fresh. Also, I don't know about you, but after Christmas, I stop thinking about winter and start thinking about spring (even though I know the depths of winter still lie before us). The seed catalogs start to arrive. I start thinking of bathing suits and summer clothes and riding my bicycle in the sunshine. You'll get back into it. You haven't put it out of your mind. You're thinking, planning. Don't fret. It'll happen.
