calories burned will depend on each persons weight, age, fitness, intensity, etc.... there is no one magic number... also... the more fit you are... the more efficient your body... and the less calories you are likely to burn! (yes, i know... that's not fair)
polar HRM's will show an estimate of calories burned... (the F11 is a nice fitness HRM, if that becomes your next question!)
