calorie comsumption

I just got my GWF yesterday and when I entered all my info about age, gender, exercise, etc. it told me my total calorie intake should be around 2100! I have trouble eating 1700-1800 cal. let alone 2100. I don't feel that hungry. However, I start meso 3 tomorrow so I maybe since this is more of a muscle building phase I'll be able to. Just curious what everyone else's meal plans include to consume this many calories.
 
I also have a GWF, it has me at a daily target of 1950, although I seem to gravitate naturally to that number daily, I don't think it is necessary to meet that number, 1700-1800 is a good amount of calories to eat for a woman. I would certainly prefer if I could easily just eat 1700/day and not be hungry, I might actually lose some weight if I did. :rolleyes:

If you want a way to add calories, try adding peanut butter or nuts.
 
I'm currently eating 1600 on my low days and 2000 on my high days. I have found that when eating healthy and clean, it can be a little much to do 2000 so I usually add about 100cal worth of nuts to my meals to make the numbers. Nuts you can never go wrong on especially if you get the raw kind.
