I am loving the new workouts and having so much fun! :7 Well done and well worth the wait!
I am hoping to venture into the premixes next week. I noticed that the Butts and Guts “leg blast” premix does not include the warm-up that is on the DVD. Is the Butts and Guts warm-up sufficient for this premix, or did you design this premix to follow another workout?
Is it necessary to warm-up before ab and core work? I ask because I am thinking about doing the Butts and Guts ab segment before another workout. I find that I lose my focus by the time I get to the ab work. My triceps get sore from this workout, so I know that I must be cheating! ;-)
