Butts and Guts Leg Blast Premix Question

I am loving the new workouts and having so much fun! :7 Well done and well worth the wait! :) I am hoping to venture into the premixes next week. I noticed that the Butts and Guts “leg blast” premix does not include the warm-up that is on the DVD. Is the Butts and Guts warm-up sufficient for this premix, or did you design this premix to follow another workout?

Is it necessary to warm-up before ab and core work? I ask because I am thinking about doing the Butts and Guts ab segment before another workout. I find that I lose my focus by the time I get to the ab work. My triceps get sore from this workout, so I know that I must be cheating! ;-)

Amazing Workout!!!

I jogged on my rebounder and did the Butts and Guts warm-up and Leg Blast premix for the first time yesterday morning. What an amazing workout! :7 Wow! This may be my favorite lower body workout of all time. This is the first time a workout with no cardio has made me feel so good! :7 This one does not use a barbell at all, but it is a super workout with plenty of walking lunges, leg presses, and firewalkers. I love that you repeat the freestanding lunge and squat combination that I adore several times. :) My legs and glutes were on fire, but I was having such a good time! The cardio factor kicked in during the leg presses, and I was drenched in sweat by the end. The soothing stretch felt so good. I love the stretch music you chose for this one. :) This premix alone is worth the price of the DVD. Can you tell that I love this workout?! ;-)

I am feeling the pain today. The speed skaters in Body Max 2 were torture this morning! :eek: I still love you! :* I did the cardio and weights premix so I did not have to endure the power circuits. ;-)

Hey Heather,

I did this premix today as well. What a killer! My legs were so sore after all the lunges and squats. I like that the firewalkers are twice. I warmed up with the warm up from this dvd...I like the ball for it. I'm going to try LIC Upper body 31 minute premix tomorrow. Loving these new workouts!

Firewalkers twice!! I'm soooo there!! Well, after I recover from the standing legs and ab premix I did yesterday...
