Morning BB's,

Today will be GS Chest & Triceps, Abs, and Turbo Jam #2. Haven't tried that one yet only did a pre-view. Yesterday I increased the weights on the back exercises. Went up to 20lbs on the dumbbell rows and increased on the bicep barbell curls. That one was 30 lbs, still not up to Cathe on that one. She uses 35 lbs.

Get my hair colored and cut tonight, so it will be a busy night.

Good morning,

Laurie, great job on increasing your weights. That's impressive.

I was really tired and feeling flu-like when I finally got home from class last night, so I had a little dinner and went to bed. I'm not quite as achy today, but when it was time to get up to work out I decided to stay in bed instead. My boyfriend is sick, and several people in my office are too, so who knows. Maybe it's just allergies for me, and maybe just worn out from our hectic weekend still.

Anyway, I have an algebra exam tonight so I should be home early; if no one is watching TV then I may try to get a workout in.

Laurie - Good job on upping the weights! I think I may need to go back to GS or PS. Felt wimpy on Saturday doing upper body. Have fun with Turbo Jam.

Ellen - Hope you're feeling better and good luck on your Algebra exam.

I was so excited this morning to try Patrick Goudeau's ABC Workout - Amazing Ball Choreography after receiving it in the mail yesterday. What a disappointment. After 40 minutes my heartrate was barely in my target zone. It's too easy for even a light day. Did Imax2 6-10 afterwards and at least THAT got my heartrate up!

As far as restaurants in the Brookfield Square area for our get-together, what do you guys think of Chili's or Chi Chi's. Anything else in that area? I'm going by memory and sometimes my memory isn't so good! LOL Do either of those appeal to anyone? If not, Houlihan's is fine with me. What was nice about them is that they weren't as busy so we could sit and talk longer.

Today was Triceps/biceps SH from FitTV. Tonight I am doing a Spinning class that is 45 minutes long. I also did lots of walking today. My eating has been improving and this continues to be my goal along with gaining more mucsle definition. I hope all BB's are having a great day.:*
 
Hi Everyone!

Did Christi's Still Steppin and KS LWTLW 1 Upperbody and abs. I know most find this one horribly annoying, but it's one of my favorite weight vids. My arms are always so fatigued after this one. I think it's the pulse and lift thing that gets me.

Rainy and cool here today. In fact as I was working out the wind kicked up and rain came down in buckets. Our tree in front actually blew down. I got a little nervous for the people on the golf course. You should have seen all the older folk running to there golf carts. Hope they didn't tip. A balmy 64 dgrees though today. I think WI had better weather.

I really liked L&G. I may have to do that one again tomorrow.

PS Sue: Don't think Chi Chi's is any longer on Bluemound. It closed awhile ago. Wish I could join you guys! The Water Steet Brewery in Delafield is really good right off the expressway. Just thought I would help you all out a little. :D
