Morning BB's,

Today will be GS CT and GS BBS. That was in the Aug05 rotation and I really enjoyed it.

My oldest DD has her first swim with the team. She is very excited and reminded me about it this morning.

We went to a wedding last night in IL. Had a great time, but of course I'm tired. I was the one to drive home last night, so I didn't get a chance to get some snoozing in. :)

Have a great day!

Good morning,

It's a quiet day for me at work, which is nice. I'm going to take a lunch break today and go home to do Muscle Endurance. I had planned to do that early this morning, but I'm still having trouble adjusting to consistent morning workouts :)

I have three more workouts left in the August rotation, including today. I think I might go back to the routine I was following in July and part of August, which was a week of circuits + one body part per day, then a week of intervals/steady-state cardio + one body part per day. I just alternated each week, and I was enjoying it, so I think I might try it again.

Take care,
Ellen

Hi BBs,
Just stopping by to say Hi. I am hoping to try Push/Pull tomorrow since I didn't get to it last week. Hanging my head in shame. I hope all the Packers are too after that pitiful performance! I can't wait for more normal weather to return. I thought we would be done with the 90s when we got to Labor Day! DH sets the air at 77 and that is too hot for me to sleep very well. :(

Do you think maybe the BIG announcement will finally happen this week?

Lynn - Are you doing the Bootcamp rotation again?! Wow! You go, girl!

Ellen - Your July rotation sounds interesting. How did you incorporate the leg work?

Marie - I'm with ya on the hot weather. I love to sweat but not when I'm trying to go to sleep. Yes, I hope the announcement comes this week.

Our YMCA sponsored a 3 mile walk on Saturday that included free subs and beverages afterwards. What a deal! All 4 of us got some exercise AND a free lunch.

Continuing with the September rotation, I did Imax yesterday. So proud that I made it all the way through without having to pause to catch my breath. :p

Did Kickmax this morning but ran out of time and didn't do the leg conditioning drills. I'll try to do those tonight but that might not happen because it's going to be a busy night. We have a band meeting for DD followed by a Tae Kwon Do demonstration for DD & DS. No time for dinner beforehand so we'll eat afterwards and won't get home until 8:30 or so. I usually go to bed at 9:30 since I get up at 5 a.m. so this doesn't leave a lot of time.

Have a great day, BBs!

Sue

Hello BBs!

Got up to walk this morning on the treadmill, then did the upper body premix from SS. I am taking it slow with the cardio so my ankle continues to heal but I HAD to do something! Who knows, maybe doing a little helps it heal. We'll see! I really miss running and aerobics though!

I worked all weekend, which was probably fine since it was so darn hot! I think today is the last day of this heat. Hopefully. They had the Ironman here in Madison yesterday, I felt so bad for them to be out in this horrible heat! I saw a few of them biking yesterday after work. I really admire their effort and stamina! I think it was a 2 mile swim, 100 mile bike ride and then a full marathon. Yikes! I would be happy if I could one part of that trio!

It's quiet for me at work today too.....better not say that too loudly! ;-) Have a good day everyone!

Hello Everyone!

Well, still doing the Slim in 6 series. I'm on the Ramp it UP tape now, which is ok. I do prefer Cathe, but I'm taking this as a little break. This video is MUCH easier than Cathe, but that is ok. I still feel like I'm getting a workout.

And yes, Marie...I hope the Packers are hanging their head in shame. That was a pretty pitiful showing!

Today I did MM. Then I had a class for work that was mandatory to take and I almost fell asleep (it was boring). I ate fairly clean today. I am looking forward to the weather cooling down, I really enjoy fall. See ya all tomorrow

Hi everyone!
Well it's cooling down a little more this week. Only 95 degrees. It's still hard to exercise even with the air at 78. I am hanging in there though! I did Christi's Hi/Low Heaven and upperbody work from High Step Challenge plus core. I am feeling like I am finally getting back in shape. I hear you all had some hot weather this weekend. But no doubt it will be 50 degrees next week!:7 We have Direct Ticket, so unforunately I saw the game. Tell me we can't do much worse.
