Good afternoon, Badgers!

I did Rhythmic Step plus some ab work on Satuday, Circuit Max yesterday and MIS this morning. Kind of doing my own thing. Only had 2 days left of the September rotation but was really missing the weight work.

I made 10 dozen chocolate chip cookies over the weekend for a United Way Bake Sale at work. Of course, I had to do quality control and make sure they tasted fine (they did :9 ) but today's it's back on the straight and narrow. Well..starting now anyway. I had a pumpkin bar this morning from the sale.}(

Starting to look at lighting fixtures for our foyer and woven woods for the living room. So many choices it's hard to decide.

Go Packers tonight! (They can't lose another one, can they?)

Hi Sue and everyone,

Mondays come way too fast! I didn't work out this morning. I've started a semi-modified version of the three-month rotation Cathe created for someone on the Ask Cathe board. The rotation originally called for a few weeks of getting your body adjusted to longer workout times, but I didn't think I needed that, so I jumped into the fourth week. Friday-Sunday I did an hour or so of cardio, then a workout from Slow and Heavy. I'm resting today to recover a little, and then I'll start over tomorrow. I'll probably do a shorter cardio workout to accommodate for time though. I haven't been focusing much on weight lifting by itself lately, so we'll see if I get any results from this. I'll do cardio and Slow and Heavy for three weeks, then switch to cardio and Pure Strength/Gym Styles for three weeks. Then whatever comes next!

I still want to try to work on my eating, but I seem to have no willpower when it comes to food. Or it's just easier to make something that's not so healthy because it's faster and I'm tired. I don't feel like I really get cravings for anything lately; I just eat because I think I should, so I can have a good workout in the morning, or something. Nothing really tastes exceptionally good; I think I've been sort of mindless about eating, and I don't like that. Ugh, the battle, it never ends.

Hello BB's,

Can't say that it is good to be back, I still want to be down in FL. It was warm, but hey I can handle anything as long as I'm having fun!:D We had a great time, and I'm hoping to get some pics up for all of you soon.

Today for my workout it will be GS CT, Abs, and a 30 min. Interval run.

Sue, I had Chocolate Chip cookies on the flight from Orlando. Of course we went Midwest. ;-) Had to do some quality control also.

Just checking in to say Hi to all BBs!

Sue - Way too many choices when picking out stuff. Our living room furniture will be delivered on Saturday and then I can start to think about window treatments. Right now we have sheers - and mini blinds so we can walk around without feeling like we are in a fish bowl. I am hoping for a win tonight too! But this will be a tough one. Hoping they are tired of embarassing themselves!

Laurie - welcome back. Glad you had a great vacation!

Ellen - Fruit is easy and healthy but somehow when it is time for the choice this isn't my first one. For quick and easy meals I like the frozen Healthy Choice etc. Easier than packing a lunch.

I have not checked-in in a while...I have been so busy. Anyway, today was IMAX2 and PS legs/abs. Tomorrow I hope to do low max (step only) and PS upper body. Eating has been a problem for me lately but I just reread my fitness goals and after today's workout I feel that I am back on track. I hope everyone is doing well.
 
Hi everyone!

Watching the game right now and listening to DH yell. They look good and.....then they don't.:-( Hopefully we will be happy about the turnout tomorrow. I do like the fact Monday night games are at 6 p.m. here. I actually can make it through the whole game. Uh oh, DH is really worked up. I missed the play.

Did Bootcamp today. Boy, I had trouble finishing it. Those terminators really got to me today. I have been consistently working out 5 days per week. I really am on a Christi fix. Her website has all her older dvds significantly reduced. I am thinking about ordering the Totally's. I think I want her new Mission Possible too, but I'll wait for the reviews. I may have to pull out Power Max tomorrow. I really hate all the whooping though, way too much. But it's one I haven't done in awhile.
