Good morning!!
I had a revalation last night, and NOT a good one. I was getting dressed to go bowling and realized my size 8 jeans were soooo tight. Time to get serious! This time last year I was a size 4!! So it's back to workouts EVERY DAY with NO excuses, and low carb eating to get my re-loss jump started!
Today will be either Power Hour or Push/Pull when I get home from work.
What's everyone else up to today?
