Today was IMAX2, shoulder work, and abs. I hope all is well with everyone. I will post more later...DS wants to play.
 
Hello,

Today is a rest day for me. I did Imax 3 and mixed in 20 terminator climbers last night, and I decided I definitely needed a rest day. Tomorrow should be a five-mile run.

Students are returning to campus in earnest today, so faculty and staff are being advised to not drive at all! I can't believe it's time for this again already. Summer went by so fast.

Hello, Jedipadme and Chewy! Sounds like you girls had great workouts.

Did Step, Jump and Pump. I'm doing all my lower body workouts now with lighter weights trying to incorporate the freestyle method of training without really knowing what the heck I'm doing;-) Also trying to work my legs 5-6 times a week. I've been doing this about 3 weeks and my legs look smoother and less bulky. I want to order the book though so I can read more about freestyle. (Imagine husband rolling his eyes as I purchase yet another fitness-related book.)

Been eating BAD this week! Last Saturday I was down a total of 6 pounds but then something snapped and I started eating like crap for the last few days. Work has been very stressful this week. We bought a new sales reporting tool and we've been trying to install this week and it has not been going smooth at all. My husband had a big deployment this week so he's been putting in more hours which of course puts more burden on me around the house. Other silly stuff, too, stressing me out. It just all adds up. You guys know what I mean I'm sure. The light is at the end of the tunnel but I've got to learn how to get through this rough times without turning to food to comfort myself. But at least I got my workout in this morning!

Afternoon BB's,

Today will be 3 mile run, MM plus PLB Stability Ball Segment. Whew, I think that is enough for today!

Pedmom, LOL yes I do take rest days. I don't do anything on the weekends except walk. :D (with a 30-40 lb dress on) Tee Hee!

My oldest DD had her swimming try-outs yesterday, and made the Silver Squad. She was happy, and the coaches where impressed with her butterfly. All three coaches where watching her as she was going down the lane. Then afterwards one of them came up to her and said that her butterfly was very good. Off course my DD was beaming. Can't say that I blame her.

Sue, I know what you mean about no time and stress. My DH works second shift, so alot of the responsibilities fall to me. I have been looking at my schedule, (now that we have swimming added) and I am going to be using lot's of gas transporting kids all over the place. More stress }( LOL!

I posted late yesterday so you might have missed it. No workouts yet due to my foot. It is getting better though - although slowly. I am now terrified everytime I see a yellowjacket!

Jill - I mentioned in my post that I can't take credit for starting the BB group only coordinating the get together. Not sure who started it.

Sue - Yes I can imagine husband rolling eyes. I get that all the time. Fortunately he is usually working late so doesn't see the new fitness DVD or book if I can get it put away quick and hide the packaging! Then I can always say that I traded for it!!! Life is simpler when DH doesn't know everything.

Amy - if you check in, did you get my last email regarding checking with your FIL?

Hi to everyone else. I wonder when we will hear from Cynthia? Hope her move went well!
 
Very quick post-where has this day gone!!??

I prob wont' get a workout in. I had to go check out the new Super Walmart today (corner of 83 & 43). What a zoo!!! I had to wait in line for 23 minutes!! I hope that slows down a little.

I'll check in tomorrow....before I leave for Oshkosh for the weekend.

Did you guys see there are previews of the new Cathes on collage now? It says they will have them in stock on 8/30. I hope that means they'll be shipping them to US then!
