Hello BB
Today will be IMAX 2 and back strength work along with ABs form MuscleMax. Also grocery shopping. My goal of eating "cleaner: last week went fairly well, that is the same goal for this week along with working out 6 days this week. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

:)

Hi BBs,

Hope you have a good workout today Jedi! Way to go on the clean eating...keep it up! Did you make a "clean" grocery list?

Last week was miserable as far as exercise and eating clean went. It was also crazy busy at work which didn't help my motivation level. My ankle is still sore, a little puffy and a bit bruised. Needless to say, no big workouts yet for me this week. I was in a terrible mood about this yesterday, very "poor pitiful me". Then, I had intentions of getting up this morning and at least doing the upper body part of MM. Well....that didn't happen. I am so mad at myself. I have this idea in my mind that if I can't do the whole workout why do it. I know that is wrong but I can't snap out of it.

My goal today: stop feeling sorry for myself and get on the exercise bike after work today.
My goal for the week: Keep up with the exercise bike, possibly walking and definitely upper body and abs as well as trying to eat clean.

I want to do something but I know I can't do all I want to or my ankle will never get better.

I hope everyone has a great day---isn't the cooler weather nice!?

Morning BB's

Today will be HSTA plus Abs from KPC, repeat ball pikes! }(

What a great weekend for weather. Sunday was the best day, and we had huge crowds at the faire. Only two more weekends to go, and then I get a Saturday to sleep late! So looking forward to that.

Here is my little u-rah rah for everyone that needs motivation today, including me! x( I'm always a little tired on Mondays, but feel better after I get that workout in. WE CAN DO IT!!!!! GO BB's. I'm hoping this helps. :D I won't claim to be a cheerleader. :p

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good morning,

I'm pretty wired this morning, which pretty much guarantees I'll be sleepy in a couple of hours. I'm on day four of the August rotation, so I got up very early this morning and did Imax 2, Core Max 3 and added on the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max. I was supposed to do the leg drills with yesterday's workout, but I was sore from all the walking lunges on Saturday. I'm not very far into it, but so far I'm enjoying this rotation; it seems to use many different workouts that I haven't used much lately, so it's been good. I want to stick with this, just to see if I can. :)

Have a great day,
ellen

Laurie - I could have used that cheer at 5 am! LOL Starting out the work week tired - not a good sign.

Since finishing the Hardcore Fat Loss Rotation on Saturday which was awesome by the way, I decided to give the Hardcores a little break. Did Imax2 and the tough core premix in Coremax (ok, so not a total break I guess) yesterday. Today was Muscle Endurance.

With so many people raving about the August rotation, is anyone else dying to know what Cathe has in store for the September rotation?

Have a great Monday!

Sue

Sue,

I am interested in seeing what Cathe has planned for September ... but I am most interested in finding out what, if anything, she's planning for her next advanced workouts. This current rotation mixes up the old and new workouts really well, so I'm not complaining — just feeling excessively impatient! :)

Hi ladies! It's my day at the office so I've been too busy to post.

I had a rockin' exercise weekend! I did 90 minutes each day, plus bowling on Saturday, lots of cleaning on Sunday, and icky yardwork on Sunday. So I had a nice active weekend. :)

Jedi-good luck with your cleaner eating again this week. I'm with you. I think I'm finally getting the hang of this WW thing....

thea-come on girl, get with it! I hate when I am so unmotivated. I was like that last week and didn't work out at all Wed, Thur, or Fri. Then suddenly I was all gang-busters over the weekend. You'll be back at it... :)

Laurie-thanks for the cheerleading lol. Yes,this weather is wonderful! (Okay, not the tornado parts, but the rest of it ha ha).

Sue-I'm afraid to even LOOK at the September rotation! LOL. I can't do "all Cathe, all the time" anyway---learned the hard way that I need more variety. The hard way being a big burnout and not being able to even look at Cathe for a few months.

Ellen-I know you are not complaining, but I often wonder how much people can expect of Cathe? Again, I'm not saying YOU are doing that at all---I know you're just wondering aloud. I've read posts on other threads though with people complaining that she should have made another advanced series instead of the retail one. Geez! Give the woman a break. I also think (hope) they learned a couple of lessons with the Hardcores-1. don't talk about it 9 months in advance or people get angrily impatient, and 2. find a better replicator to avoid the sounds issues. I was glad not to have any, but I did both Basic Step and Body Fusion yesterday and noticed big issues. I haven't done those since I got surround sound and never noticed. But once in awhile, the sound would change---get softer for a few minutes, then louder. Weird! Anyway, I hope you don't think I'm being mean to you----the people that over and over say "when will there be more advanced workouts" must be wearing poor Cathe down!

The only good thing about my day at the office is it ends at 3pm. I need to stop at Southridge and see if I can find a jewelry box. I need a "grownup" one lol. One that is tall and I can hang neclaces on. I'm sick of them getting stuck in my little cheapie dresser top one.

When I get home I'll be doing an hour of step. And maybe going bowling. I got a new ball on Friday and we start in a few weeks. It's a fingertip ball and 2 lbs. heavier than my old one, so I need to practice as much as possible. My fingers are kind of sore from it, but hopefully I"ll get used to it.

Have a great night!

Don't worry, I'm not offended. I agree with you, in fact. Basically, I just can't imagine what she'll do next. She must be exhausted.

LMAO That's what I mean! I mean for crying out loud, the woman has a husband and two small children, and runs a gym. Contrary to what most of us probably think, she's not REALLY Wonder Woman lol.
