This morning was Core Cardio and Balance, and this will be my workout for the next 5 days. Guess there isn't much variety in the recovery week, that is ok the workout is actually pretty goo. I'm sure at the end of the week I will be ready to do something different. Saturday was Plyo Cardio Circuit with CTX/MIS Biceps & Triceps. Sunday I didn't really do anything but walk the dog. This morning we heard coyotes howling.
Guess they don't understand daylight savings time.
