Good morning,
Today I did CTX Step and Intervals warmup and cardio only, then S&H biceps and triceps. I have three more rounds of each S&H workout to do before switching over to cardio and Pure Strength or Gym Styles for three weeks. I like doing S&H, but I'm ready for a change! I may do KPC and L&G tomorrow instead of S&H legs, just for a break. I'll stick with slow and heavy for upper body, though. It's so effective.
Today should be a quick day... I'm going to lunch with some co-workers, then to the dentist (yuck).
