Brutal Anatomy Protocol

Hello,
I just watched an instructional video demonstrating Brutal Anatomy Protocol, which I think can be described as strength trainings foray into HIIT. It combines sprinting one part of your body while slowly working with weights on the other parts, like sprinting your arms while doing a very slow squat or sprinting your legs while doing a very slow and heavy row (on the bench with your feet hanging off the end). It may require more equipment than that which is usually required for completely your DVD routines, but maybe some of this could be incorporated in future workouts.
I'd love to know how you or your team feels about this.
Thank you in advance.

I'd not heard of this "training technique" up to now.

I have looked at the video...Apparently it is a combination of strength training and Hiit. The one I have seen so far is low impact. I am concerned for the form...We tend to loose the form while trying to multi-task.
With time we can acquire skill and ability to multi-task.

I would like to have more info as to what health benefit we could possibly get from this type of training. The doctor is claiming an anti-ageing benefit. Well let have more evidence and study backing up his statement.

It seems time effective though!
