Bootcamp on off days

I would say "no" because your body needs to rest. But you could do some other type of cardio and then add on the 8 boot camp cardios as a bonus! This is just my opinion, even though I know the Boot Camp weight portion is not that intensive, as opposed to doing heavy weight workout, but you need to make sure your body rests.

I'm assuming that I shouldn't do Boot Camp on in between days of weights?

Thank you for any help.

Wendy

If you workout everyday, or at least 6 days a week, then I would think that is one of the few w/o's I could do b/w weight work. I love boxing, and kickboxing w/o's but can't do them b/w upper body weight work - too sore. But more of a cardio bootcamp, CCC, Hiit, Step - these kind of w/o's I would think would be ok, but that's just me. - Autumn
