Cathe, I just want to tell you how much I love that 21 minute bonus step routine in Low Impact Challenge! It's a great add-on to many routines for that extra ooomph. And I especially love the music that plays in the 3rd segment (arabesque and side lateral raises). No matter how tired I am, when that music starts I get that extra boost of energy I need to finish.
