Hi Cathe,
It is so hard for me to get to the gym except maybe once a week. Is it at all possible to become a body builder at home? I love and have all your DVD's except the abs disk (I will get that today). Just wondering, because it seems to be in the back of mind for a long time now. I suppose if I want it badly enough, I could go to the gym, but if I could do it at home that would be a bonus.
