I think I would want to do it without the Bonus Cardio repeat. I may have to try this on Saturday!

what equipment do i need for the scrambled eggs premix? i hate not knowing what I'm gonna have to use...i like to have my weights etc...ready!
 
You just need a step and dumbells--I use 10lbs. She uses a barbell at one point for plie squats but you don't have to.
