Hey to Belinda and Heidi!

Today is a rest day and boy iam i looking forward to it! Oh,and iam down another 1.7lbs since last saturdays WI which is cool! But i think im down more than that because when i weighed wednesday(weigh everyday:confused:) i was 4.5lbs down:eek: but i will take the 1.7 ;)

Nothing special planned today,may go out to eat this eveing somewhere,my dh is craving a huge salad so maybe ruby tuesdays...iam not getting a salad,have to eat them all week,LOL

Hi Amelia! I too am missing everyone! I can't wait until school starts because I am sure most people are tied up with vacation time. Also, most of our group are also at the RT this weekend. I hope they are having a blast!!! I am going to check out the photos that are coming in here.
Have a nice relaxing rest day!

I am off to my outdoor run. I woke with another bad headache and need to burn it off.

Hey All!

I finally ended up creating a new username (not that different) but had to create a new e-mail address, too. I have missed all of you!

And while I've been gone, I've been very bad. I was in training all week at work. No exercise and eating was way off track. Will be using next week to reel myself back in. The marathon relay is in 12 weeks.

Not sure what workout is on the agenda today. I do know there will be lots of yardwork.

Hope the RTers are all having fun.

Need to take the dog out. BBL!

I will probably go for walk as well. I am so bad with this. I try to stay consistent with the BFL program. It seems like I'm jumping everywhere. I have to start all over again tomorrow.

Hey Amelia! I am taking a rest day today. I am taking the kids out for breakfast and then to an orchard in NH. Have a great walk. Have fun with your Cardio & Weights! I found that I am ready to go up in my weights again for GS Chest & Tri. Thought I would never get past 12#'s on the bench press & chest flys! This DVD moves pretty fast and the reps are killers! My arms were shaking big time towards the end!

Hi Sherry! Nice to see you back on-line with us! What are you plans for today?

Hi Belinda! Your house must seem so empty right now! How long will it take for all the things to arrive in Germany? Is your DH still with you? Enjoy your day!

Hi all!

Today is a rest day. The muscles don't hurt from yesterday's yard work, but the arms and legs area all scratched up from the branches. We need to finish up some stuff in the yard today, then do birthday gift shopping, as several nieces and nephews have b-days all in a row.

Tomorrow I start hitting it hard, again. Time has Dana Torres on the cover. she looks awesome and is the same age as I am, so definitely no more excuses. Think I'll be starting with the pyramids. DH is ready to join me.
We'll see if he sticks with it better this time (me, too!).

Amelia - Ambitious - adding weight reps. Enjoy your workout and walk with the dog.

Jay - Welcome!

Belinda - Hope the moving stress is tolerable. I do remember in one of our moves asking DH if we really needed a kitchen at the next house - that is always the worst room to pack.

Heidi - I know what you mean about moving up in weights. Seems like the current weight is getting too easy, but the next one is just impossible to do, even if it's only going up 2 or 3 pounds.

Hope everyone else is having a great time at the RT.

Thanks for the email. I only have two of cathe dvd. Cardio Fusion and Butts and Guts. Butts and Guts is my favorite. Most of the time I work out at the gym. Jumping from one to the other not consistent. That is probably why it is not working out for me. Have a good breakfast and enjoy the orchard with the kids.

I think I'm going for a walk. Then head to the movie. I want to see the Dark Knight. Heard it pretty good.

I never got my workout in yesterday! DH and I were invited at our friends house! Oh well!:mad:

I did cleaned my entire kitchen!

Today I will do IMAX 2!
 
Hey girls,glad to see more of us checking in now....i missed my cyber friends:)

done with my workout and iam pooped:confused: I did C&W and a dog walk! man,i had to modify those pushups...yikes! But i did go up in the bicep work! I didn't do any extra weight work,just didn't have the energy:(

Heidi-Great job with going up on the weights,iam still using 12's for the chest fly's and have been for a while. I really need to start increasing my wieghts with my UB-time to do it agian! High fives to you girl!!!!

Jay-Have fun with your walk and let us know how your like Dark Night, my DH wants to see that so bad but we had alot of bills this week so that was the end of that;) maybe next weekend! The only thing i can think of as far as suggetions go is to just try and make the program work for you! Are you keeping a food journal? That really helps me with my eating and with my workouts!

Sherry-Great job with the yard work yesterday,i sweat like a horse when i work in my yard. Enjoy your rest day today! Good luck with your new challenge....i wish I could get my DH to workout with me,he keeps saying one day he will(yawn)

Heidi** it will take about 4 to 6 weeks for my things to arrive in Germany! Yah, my house looks kinda empty right now! LOL!

Sherry** thank goodness, I don't have to pack everything by myself! The movers do all that! What I have been doing is, packing stuff up that will stay here or I don't want to unpack anymore! It gets old!

Amelia** great job with C&W!

Jay** nice job on CF as well!

I am really lazy today!:p To many party's the last 2 day's!
