Good Morning All!
Getting back to basics - PUB this a.m. I used the stability ball instead of the step so that I could also work my core (and hence skip the core workout at the end). My arms were shaking - still are a bit as I type.
Now heading out the door to work.
Have a sweaty workout and a clean eating day! We can do this!
