Good morning, ladies!!!

I'm done with my workout...BFL UB. I got up about 20 minutes later than usual, but I got right up and hit the basement and rocked it out. I changed the exercises today and will have to up my numbers from what I did today.

Today's plan: school/work, then tonight is my monthly PTA meeting. Nothing big on the agenda, so it should be a quick one.

My goal this week, again, is to do cardio BFL-style.

Tracey S will be shipping her Hi/Lo Med Ball workout this week, so I'll be watching the mailbox for that DVD! YEAH!

Hi again,

I am done with my BFL LB workout! I love working my legs on my squat rack + leg curls/ extensions! I am really working my legs hard! Plus I did calves raises from the 4DS + stretch! That is it for today!

Just a quick post to let you all know I’m still around. I was super busy this weekend with school work, family life, and trying to get my running in. I didn’t quite make my last long run (only hit 12 miles on Sunday) so I have to give it another go this weekend. I HAVE to get it in regardless, the marathon is only three weeks away now.

This morning I did abs, a BFL Lower body workout + ran 2 miles (using the last challenge of CCV8).

Hope everyone is doing well, I’ll check back in tomorrow.

Hey girls! I just got back from getting grociers,ive been putting it off all weekend. Today's plan is to just take it easy,eat right and drink my water! I kinda had some drinks last night/and some high sodium soup so of course the scale is up this morning...i don't even know WHY i peeked at it:rolleyes:

Belinda-I got your friend request at MFP....and replied! Great job on your workout today...awesome!

Kathy-your workouts are just amazing....your runs are AWESOME! You are such an inspiration to me! since slacking off on my workouts(about 2months ago) i haven't really been doing anything intense....reading your post remind me that it can be done,i just got to DO IT!

Michelle-Great job with your workout! Great lunch packed....i need to get me a cooler or something for the two days a week that i work now. What do you pack your lunch in?

Just peeking in....

Sorry I missed you all yesterday. I was cooking for the day and DH was too. ;) I have to load up on water to flush out my system! DH made a soup that hit my stomach hard! Ohhhhh.....not feeling that great today!
No workouts to report for the weekend either. I feel so yucky from not working out!

Saturday: Eye appointment and much shopping
Sunday: Cooking and harvesting the Kiwi's with DH and Sons. That was really fun! ;) We have a Kiwi vine alongside our concord grape vine. The kiwi's are the size of large purple or red grapes. REALLY SWEET! We ended up with about 12quarts worth. I have to freeze some for later use.

Today is work.

I hope that everyone enjoys their day. Have a great workout as well!

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is having a FABULOUS Monday...

I've been in and out of meetings all day and have a teeny tiny break before the next one. :confused: Just enough time for a quick post and M#3!!

I'm switching up the order of my workouts this week and starting off with HIIT. I have a couple of night-time appointments this week and it will work out better for me to start the week with cardio. Now that's planning ahead, right?!?! I'm also replacing my third weight workout with a total body Kettlebell workout. Totally kicks my butt!!

Meals for today:

M#1: 2 slices ww toast, 2T natural pb, 1 c 1%
M#2: ww tortilla, 1 can white tuna, shredded carrots
M#3: 1/2 c 2% Fage, 1/4 c crushed pineapple
M#4: 1/3 c oatmeal made with 1/3 c 1%, 1/2 c egg white w/1 whole egg scrambled
M#5: beef & barley soup
M#6: 1/2 ww flatbread, 1 c green beans, 1/2 c carrot sticks, 2T roasted red pepper hommus

I'm making a batch of chili tonight...YUMMMMMM!!!!!

Hello Steph: I am hoping that your day was good. How did your workout go after lunch?
DS is over doing his laundry now. DD is finally home from her day in the city. DH has gone back to work and the rest of the kids are playing guitars together. ;)
I had my eyes checked on Sat. Yup....need reading glasses. Not too bad though. I can get a pair at the drug store.
I am really beat today! I also went into the lab early yesterday for my annual blood work to be done. Would you believe someone was actually smoking in there just before I arrived!!!? In a hospital at that!!!
I guess I better take a vitamin or something. I just feel really tired today.
