Kathy-I have to apologize. lol I looked up the date on the PDR and realized it's almost a WHOLE YEAR away! LOL I'm not sure what made me think it was within a few months!

Amelia-I viewed that TT circuit and was laughing that the guy was huffing a bit just from a few seconds of each exercise! LOL
OK....I slept in! LOVED IT! We don't have school today or tomorrow, so I didn't even set my alarm. I woke at 8am and didn't want to get out of bed. I got the kiddos breakfast and hit the basement for an AWESOME LB workout (details on that below). Then showered and am doing my PC work now. Quiet day planned here, but the boys want to go for a bike ride....we've been getting out on our bikes a lot lately and they love it.
OK....today's workout was LB and I changed it just a bit from what I originally planned. It was BFL LB, first of all, as usual. But....I changed my regular squat sets to heel-raised, ATG squats. ATG=a$$ to ground. I've been a bit afraid to do this because of how low you go, worries about the knees, etc. But I did some research last night and watched a few You Tube vids and decided to give it a try. WOW! WOW! Just that.....WOW! Concrating on form, and it got me good in the quads. There are big discussions about this move over at the BFL Tracker page so I had to see what the hype was all about. It hits the quads so much more than your regular squat (upper legs parallel to the ground and no further). ANYWAY......Then I maxed on that pyramid with 88# on the leg extensions (going to 90.75 on Fri). Also, went really REALLY deep on the bulgarian squats and used a barbell for calf raises since I 'out-grew' my DBs for that move.
ANYWAY...sorry to ramble about my workout. It got me all excited, that's all.
