BFL for Friday

Sherry: Great job last night! How are your legs today? My upper is pretty sore from DBL upper and going heavier! ;)

Belinda: What are you up to for today? I am planning on B&G Leg Blast. I am currently waiting on DD to get ready to take the train.

I just downloaded a few more iTreads #27&32, iCycle #2 40min. I am getting a few iCycles ahead of time for when I "hopefully" get an exercise bike later this year. ;)

Have you seen Cathe's Aug.08 rotation? LOOKs really good, I may start that one today or Monday! Right now, I am cleaning windows!:mad: Awww...
I have a lot of windows! DH is painting the bathroom today and I still have to clean our 34 feet long RV!:( Have fun with B & G!:p
 
Hey Belinda!

Can you come clean my windows too!? ;) I guess we are doing the same things today. I just pulled out the rollers and primer for the 3rd floor paint job I have ahead of me. This consists of an office,study,bathroom,2 halls, 10 closets, staircase with high ceiling and one VERY large master bedroom! Phew!!! The flooring crew will be here hopefully soon so I just want to get that primer on the walls before they arrive within the next couple weeks.

I will have to check out the new rotation! Maybe we can both start on Monday what do you think?

Oh....my DD missed her train!!! So now we are waiting until the 12PM one. Grrrrr I wanted to get in my workout this morning!

Well...back to cleaning walls for paint!

Oh, Heidi! Sounds like we both gonna sweat just workiing aroundd thee house!:p I am already hot and sweaty!

I am in for Cathe's rotation Monday! Sounds like fun!

I think I will clean one more window, than I will do my UB workout!:p
 
Hey Heidi & Belinda (and all who follow),
I got my run in today, 6.33 miles (to be exact, lol). I ran my last repeat session (run @ 6.3 mph for 4 minutes….run @ 5.0 mph for 2 minutes….repeat 9 times). I was tired and decided to just use the first challenge of Cardio Coach Vol. 5 for the 10 intervals instead of timing it on my own. I also tacked on the Core segment of Kathy Smith’s Tummy Trimmers.

Belinda – Are you getting ready to go back to Germany?

Heidi – You’ll have to tell me what you think of iTread Flat & Fast. I liked it. I sure hope this month’s iTrain selection is good.

I just checked out Cathe’s August rotation and it looks GREAT! Are you both starting on Monday?

It looks as though Belinda and I will be starting the Aug Rotation together on Monday. Come Join Us!
Monday I will do iTread #32 F&F and then maybe add some extra cardio to make up the 50min worth on the rotation.

That is a great temp run you did! It sounds close to what I did yesterday for the Runnervals 2.0...although he adds in hills too! Tough and sweaty for sure!

My new DVD player came yesterday AFTER I did my workout...figures. It works great so far.

I did my workout:
B&G Leg Blast WOW! That was tough! I might not be able to move tomorrow. ;)
Added in my abs: Ab Hits: PS Legs abs 7min.

Now for a shower!

My life has been one big ball of craziness, which is why I have been MIA. I am still following BFL and getting in my EARLY morning workouts. I hope you all will accept my apology for not being a very good friend and let me come back, please!

Belinda, thanks again for missing me! Has the house sold yet? When are you going back to Germany?

Hey Heidi! Wow, an exercise bike! YOOHOO!! Lucky you! So how have you been? How are the kids? What are the colors you will be using for all those rooms? Mind if I join you and Belinda on Monday for the rotation party?

Kathy, hey girl! I saw some photos of you at the RT! You looked great! Your run session looks good, I may have to borrow it! Are you in training for the 50k still, or did I miss it? I still admire you for completing the dualathon earlier this year! You rock!

Welcome back and I did miss you, Stephanie!:eek: I am glad you are still following BFL! My DH and I decited not to sell the house, my DD and DS are in college and they need a place to stay! I will fly next Saturday! I am already sad! I will miss my kids!

Kathy** I agree with Steph! You look amazing!

I am done with GS Chest + Triceps "Timesaver premix" 32 min. + GS Back/Shoulder + Biceps "Timesaver premix" 36 min. That a tough workout! If am not to stiff later, maybe I will add some core work!:eek:

Off to take a shower and get a late lunch!
 
Great workout Belinda! How long will it be before you come back to the States? I know you will miss your kids! It's hard being a parent when you are so far away! ((((HUGS))) I will be thinking of you!

So, what's on everyone's menu for this evening? We are having chicken breast on the grill, light spinach salad and bread toasted on the grill. It's too hot for anything else!

OMG! I forgot to log in this morning. I didn't workout in the a.m. because my muscles needed the rest. Yes, my glutes were worked hard last night. I walked up and down the stairs a lot today, and in my steel toes boots I could feel every step in the rear. I know that's a good thing. I'll run tonight to work them out, but I'm waiting for it to cool down (it's 84 right now at 7:00). We're home for the evening, so I'll probably run around 9:00 (still plenty of light up here in MI).

Belinda - I'll need to check out the Aug rotation, too. Hope your cleaning is done soon. Great workout today.

Heidi - Yes, going heavier does give great DOMS. Forgot to mention that DH joined me last night also. (I was heavier than him, but I'm not rubbing it in.) While we lifted, the kids exercised to DDR (we have 2 dance pads). Yeah on the new DVD player.

Kathy - I settled for the new username . It's not that different from my old (new with space). However, I'm still trying to figure out all of the things I can do on this new website. Maybe I'll have some time to play around this weekend. Just a week 'til your 50K, right?

Stephanie - Yes, you were missed. It's hard to balance it all sometimes. Great job keeping up the early morning workouts.

Now to fiddle around the house for a bit until it cools off and I can go for a run.

Way to go on "out-weighing" DH!

That's great including the kids in your workout time! I think Wii was brilliant when they came up with that game! I wish they had this stuff around when I was younger! Enjoy your run this evening! By the time you start, I will be in the bed! **snores**
 
Stephanie, are you sleeping?

Run done - 2 miles followed by 2 mile power walk. I feel great and knee didn't bother me a bit. Stretching is working.
