Good Morning girls:D

I have just about talked myself into doing rhymtic step today:D i will also do some abb work! Ive got my baby neice coming over so not sure when i will do it....im sure i can talk DH into to watching her for an hour;)

How is everybody today? I hope good!!!!

Is there a social group for us yet? I didn't see one? Not sure what there all about but my other checkins have them....

Can you believe it's the end of July already?!

Didn't workout yet because the outside of my knee is bothering me after running. Definitely need to stretch. Settling for power walks. (DH didn't work out either because he was waiting for me - sweet or a cop out?)

Still eating clean - ran to the grocery store and bought good food as opposed to getting unhealthy fast food. good news is today I have a very healthy lunch and snacks already to go.

I took a rest day today, I couldn't get up! Sorry this will be quick, I want to post that Blueberry Pancake recipe. :)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced fat butter milk
1/2 cup whole grain oat flour
1 large egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1/2 cup fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries


In a small boowl combine the buttermilk, flour, egg white, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Whisk just until blended. Stir in the blueberries. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until it's hot enough for a spritz of water to sizzle on it. With an oven mitt, briefly rmove the pan from the heat to mist lightly with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray. Return the pan to the heat. Pour the batter in 1/8 cup dollups onto the skillet to form 3 or 4 pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the tops, and the bottoms are golden brown. Flip. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until browned on the bottom. Repeat with rest of batter.

Makes 8 small pancakes (4 per serving). Serve with sugar free syrup or 100% fruit Orange Marmalade Spread (optional).

Calories per serving (no syrup): 140 calories, 8 grams protein, 20 grams carbs, 3 grams fat, 3 grams fiber.

Hello everyone!

Eek! I was having trouble checking in! It would not accept my username and then my password! I had to restart with a new password...again!

I just finished my workout.
Runnerval 2.0 Tempo run. I only got through the second challenge because my DVD player kept freezing up. I can't wait for the new one to come in.
I also did BM2 double upper. Ooh! Tough with heavier weights!

Kathy: Thank you for the recipe! Will make this for tomorrow.

Sherry: Take it easy on that tight leg! Easy stretching before PW might be in order. If it starts to pull...STOP!
Your DH might be just too darn cute waiting for you! ;)

Hi girls,

I am done with 4DS HIS! That's it for today! Maybe I will a a nice stretch later! Oh! I didn't do 4DS HIS the other day, it was 4DS LIS! I am losing my mind!:mad: I am so sore in my UB and LB today!

Late check-in: PLB done! I tried going up in weights, but the lunges did me in, so I backed down again for squats. I even did the floor work this time (had the shakes doing it!).

Sipping my berry protein smoothie and heading to bed.

I promise personals tomorrow - I've gotten really bad lately!
