<--went to see "Wordplay" at Lincoln Center and liked it
<--says DT liked it very much too
<--then went to Barnes & Noble and bought two books
<--picked up a novel called "Saturday" and was walking away and ran smack into a book called "Secrets of Six-Figure Women" and thought, what the heck? for thirteen dollars, maybe it will help <-- feel more worthy of being paid more
<--figured the book was sitting there because <-- was supposed to buy it, so bought it
<--says so far, the book says that "the amount people earn indicates how they feel about themselves"
<--knows that <-- has low self-esteem and is an "underearner"
<--then went to a fabulous Indian restaurant and had a fantabulous high- calorie dinner }(
<--had a lovely day :D
<--is amazed at how much her favorite ladies accomplished today, except for Melody who just ordered people around :p :+
<--loves Melody anyhow :*
<--is having a stupendous weekend, despite the guilt from Mom }(

Re: Garrison Keillor - I've listened to him off and on since the 80's, even saw him in person a couple of years ago. I've stopped listening to his show because he feels that his political views are of great meaning to the world, and insists on tainting the airwaves with his rants. I wish entertainers would keep their political views to themselves, because they are WAY less important than they think they are. I am not going to vote or NOT vote for anyone based on what some comic from St. Paul with an over-sized ego says. Enough of my rant.
