Morning Peeps!! How's everyone doing?? I am super sluggish this morning. Got the coffee on if anyone is in need!!

I had a good session with Katie. She actually wants to use me and my sis as a case study. She needs to use someone to get her next level of certification(she's RKCII). She asked us!! She had us walking all over the place holding our KBs. Up the stairs, down the stairs. I still need work on my clean. I keep trying to bicep curl it :eek: Oh well, that's what I am taking the class for. So going back next week.

Not sure what I will do w/o wise today. I guess a bit of cardio after all the kettlebelling last night.

What's everyone else up to?
 
Morning Catherine. I've been puttering. That is so cool about you being a guinea pig!

The laundry is almost done, the cupcakes are cooling, I'm going the clean the familyroom, then hop on the stationary bike for CC PP. I'll be back later...

Happy Saturday. I already have 2 loads of laundry done, 2 cups of coffee down and getting ready to start my CCPP W/O.

Catherine~ A case study on you and your sister.....how cool is that! I'm really glad I have the opportunity for one-on-one instruction. I don't think I could get the right form down by watching a dvd...it is just too specific. Have fun with your cardio today:)

Robin~ Sounds like you have been busy this morning. Have a good PP W/O;)

Good morning! I did an unplanned "bonus" workout yesterday morning. After I checked in here, I finally settled down an hour later and decided to take a 30-minute nap before work. Not one of my better ideas! I set the alarm on my cell phone and slept through it. I woke up, looked at the clock, had an adrenaline surge, brushed my teeth, washed my face, put my hair up in a clip, got dressed, and was out the door in record time. Thankfully, there was no traffic and all the lights were green for me. I sprinted up the stairs to my office because the elevator was too slow. Amazingly, I stayed awake all day without caffeine. I did not get to the club before closing time for my water workout. I relaxed with the stability ball segment of Stretch Max. This helps me sleep! I may need to include this before bedtime every night!

Did y’all order a Cathe calendar? I love my calendars for 2007 and 2008. I am visually inspired, and I love seeing stickers for my workouts. I ordered right away to get the 20 percent off discount code. My stability ball is leaking air and needs to be refilled every day. I want a pink one to make those hardcore STS workouts a little more girly! LOL! I played with the 10-pound vest in July and love the look and fit of it. I do not need any extra weight at this point in my journey. If I keep my focus, I may need it by March when I start the third mesocycle.

I need to clean my workout area this weekend and blow the dust off my heavy weights! I am planning to revisit the 4-Day Split in November. I am hopefully meeting a friend at the club today. I may do Cardio Coach on a recumbent bike or enjoy a water workout. My feet are not happy this morning, so swimming would feel better.

Ellie and Wendy, I am so over stale Peeps. I needed a Peep fix last night, had to get creative because it takes at least 4 days to properly age a Peep, and discovered that I like frozen Peepsicles even better! LOL!

Karin, have fun shopping this weekend! I do not have a road bike yet. I was thinking about doing Cardio Coach on a recumbent bike at the club. We have great hike and bike trails around here, and I would love to ride by the lake someday.

Catherine, I may take you up on that coffee. I hate coffee, but I need caffeine this morning. You are very wise to get personal training for proper kettlebell technique. I have a friend who injured herself by not using proper form. Do you have strong wrists? With my fair skin, I envision lots of bruises if I attempted that!

Robin, have fun today and enjoy those cupcakes. Give Greyor a hug for me!

Just finished CCPP + challenge on the TM and feeling surprisingy good. I even added Bosu Blast core. Of course, it could all catch up with me later and I might plastered to the couch the rest of the day:confused:

Tonight is beer & pizza!!

Hello, Peep Friends!

This morning I slept in. Didn't even wake up until 7AM!! (I'm a 5:15-5:30AM gal) So that tells me I needed sleeeeeeeeeeep. No workout for me today, not sure I'll get one in tonight. (Odds are slim.)

I took Houdini this morning to Whole Foods for shopping, then she went outside and played, and then she had a birthday party at 2PM. She fell asleep in the car on the ride home (we live five minutes from the Birthday girl's house) and is sleeping now on the living room floor. (Her favorite place to nap.) DH is napping on the couch, the cats are napping...It's making ME want to nap now, LOL. I think I'm going to finish up the book I'm reading (Loving Natalee--The story of the Natalee Holloway kiddnapping as told by her mom) and maybe take a nap myself...

Catherine--That's so cool about the case study! And just think, you'll be getting perfect form. How cool is that?

Robin--Sounds like you have everything under control for the party! :)

JJ--Good workout day! And productive housecleaning, too! Whoo!

Ellie--OK, over to OD to read your rant about Toys R Us!!!

Hi everyone. I did CCPP today on the bike. Great workout! Then DH and I went to our geeky bike event. We had a good time. He got a great deal on some winter clothing for biking and I got a good deal on some bike shorts. All in all it was successful.

Catherine - That's great that your trainer wants to use you and your sis as a case study. Does that mean that you will get free sessions?

Robin - I'm nervous about the PSU game. Glad to hear that your CCPP session on the bike was good too.

JJ - Glad you had a great CCPP workout too. Enjoy the pizza and beer tonight.

Heather - Did you choose swimming or biking for your workout today? I love Cathe's pink stability ball too. I really want mine to pop so that I can justifiy buying it. I also want the weighted vest and might ask for that for Christmas.

Ellie - I have to go check out the OD and read about your fight.

Wendy - Don't you just love the weekends where you can nap if you want to. I might be taking one soon.
