"Banana" ab move

Hello,

I recently started working out with the Low Impact Circuit DVD and I am finding the ab routine very challenging. Is there a way I can modify the "banana" move to make it easier until I can actually do the move the way it is shown?

How about keeping both legs up as long as you can then drop one leg for a few counts; put both legs up again then when it's get too much - drop the other leg.....
