Baby foxes - CUTE!!!

I would keep an eye on your cats, don't let them out at night. We had a den of foxes on the hill behind our house a few years ago, and seven neighbourhood cats disappeared within 2 weeks. I don't think it was a coincidence;)

But they are SOOOOOOOOOOO cute!

Wow they are just too cute! Do you have a tele-photo lense, or did they let you get really close?

Here's a site I just found with some fox info. I haven't read through it so I don't know if it's helpful or not, but I did see a section on diet. Really cute now, but a real menace later? Hopefully not, for everyone--human and foxes! Good luck.

Thanks for the info, Nadine.

These are obviously Red Foxes (Vulpes vulpes). Sounds like they eat just about everything! We do have a lot of field mice and rabbits in our pasture, so that is probably keeping them full for now!! Hopefully they will "disperse" before they discover my kitties or vice versa!! (I got that "disperse" term from your informative web site!! Also forgot that female foxes are called vixen!)
