Mine is The Firm and I think they called it Balance Trainer.

in her store, it’s called a balance disc. You’re not talking about a bosu, are you? Flat
on bottom. And a half dome the other side?

Yeah, I remember her posting that. Like I said, I have the one the Firm put out and by
the looks of the picture, it’s the exact same thing. How about a weight plate &
balance disc workout? I’ll get those dang plates in there somewhere!!

I use to have a Bosu, but hardly used it…it got tossed out sometime or the other!
I still have my Step 360 which is a balance type round step platform with air fillable
chambers below. I liked that a lot, guess why I still have it.

Would love balance workouts and something that uses her balance disc. I bought it when it came out, but haven't used it yet. Just waiting.....!

Would even love if she used a bosu ball.
