August Rotation Results

Well I just measured myself this morning after 4 weeks my thighs hips and waist are exactly the same.
Let me say that, I've done more endurance work for my legs than the heavy leg workouts (like PS and S&H). My legs were solid with no wiggle or cellulite to begin with. I was hoping my waist might have decreased with all the calorie burning workouts but no luck.

I also made no changes to my mostly healthy but not strict diet.

My plan is to continue with the base idea of the August workout:
cardio 4-5 x per week, lower body 3-4 x per week (endurance based), upper body 2 x per & week abs 2-3 x per week.

I am up to running 9 miles total per week as part of the cardio; My goal will be to increase this each week. Today I ran 4 miles non stop on the treadmill at 8 mile per hour pace wtih a walk before and after & a stretch.

This week: (I'll call it week 5)
M: 4 mi.run at 8 mi. per hour pace, L&G~ankle wt section & stretch

Th:same as Monday
F: Cardio and weights
Sa:30" cardio (easy run) and AB work of PUB
Su:rest
 
Thank you for posting your results! I like the plan of the August workout also although I plan on doing it in September.
