August rotation check in week 2

I just did MIS and REALLY struggled through it. My shoulders are still on fire! Had a tough time with the lunge segments as my balance was really crappy. Overall, I think I did okay.

So far I'm enjoying the rotation. Next week looks like a killer starting with Leaner Legs! I imagine if I can get through that week, I can pretty much handle most of what Cathe can throw at me;-) . How did everyone else do?

I had a good week. I followed the rotation but I did put a little extra in there b/c it was a lighter week.I put two long runs in there and I did power hour as well.
I am not sure what is on the agenda for today but I will have to see.I am planning to go for a run with another lady so I figure it is probably best not to do any leg workouts before that.My legs are like jello when I am done.
