August rotation check in-Sunday - for us late ones

Hi, if you are still on the August rotation, give a hey and tell us how you are doing.

I did the Bootcamp, plus kickmax intensity drills, and after having done Bootcamp twice, doing it once seemed easy.

2 more days left, I will have to split it up tomorrow, work and kids school prevent me from doing it all in the morning. 4 people vying for the showere will be interesting.

Today was my last day of the rotation. I think I will be wearing a hat today. My upper body is tired.

Today was suppose to do HC upper instead I did ps.I have been doing Hc every week for over a month so I was tired of it.I really pushed myself with my workout and did 3-8 reps burned 415 calories in 67 min.I am going to finish up with power circuits-I just had to pause to take in a protein shake I was feeling kinda sick when I finished with the workout and needed to refuel.now I am waiting for this to digest a little before hitting it again.
I am doing this one all over
Tommorrow is suppose to be imax1 and 200 lunges I am going to run instead-the imaxs are not the big calorie burners I use to think they were in fact I burn more with cardio and weights over 400 and last time I did imax 3 I burned 340.I am still going to do them but to be honest they don't push my heartrate like running and I am trying to build up my endurance in that area and since the weather isn't hot right now I have perfect weather to take it outside.
 
Today is a rest day for me. Tomorrow is ME plus 15 min. of ab work. I may go ahead and do it today.
