I'm on the fence about getting a BTR and just had a few questions. Some people have said the BTR exercises can easily be done with a stability ball. Which one is more effective? Does the BTR work the entire thigh or just the hamstrings. I'm looking for something to challenge the entire leg.
I've read some reviews where people said they have not been challenged at all by the BTR. HOw can that be? I know you guys aren't newbies and I know you've been challenged so what gives?
Some have also thought the quality was subpar. What do you think? What material is your floorplate made of?
Sorry for all the questions but I'm really interested in the BTR but have been kind of wary of purchasing it because of the comments about the quality, lack of a good workout and being able to easily substitute ball work for the gadget. The only other workout gadget I've purchased is a rebounder(which I love) and I don't want to start purchasing things which I won't use becuase they're not what they claim to be.
Thanks for any replies!
