Asics Treadmill shoe

I do ALL of my running on my treadmill and currently wear Ascis Gel-Kayano 12's. Has anyone tried these:

I am an overpronator and I *LOVE* my Asics kayano's...very comfy!! I wear them with the superfeet inserts in them...

It is nice to see you posting.

The Gel Kayano with Super Feet Green are exactly what I run in. They feel great.

I do not have a current cross Trainer and have been using them for all cardio lately. I know this is a bad idea. Any recommendations for a cross trainer for step and kickbox?

PS- I have to be in Smallbany next weekend for a Regatta.

Judy ~ I don't have a suggestion for a good crosstrainer...I'm on the hunt for those too.

Interesting. I never heard of a running shoe specifically designed for treadmill running. I wonder what the main difference is. The sole vents?

I also use the green Superfeet for maximum shock absorption. I noticed there is also a new berry insole just for women...I was tempted to try it but then decided to stick with the tried n' true.

Judy: I recently bought Asics Gel 130-TR (crosstrainers) and have been happy with them.

I just ordered the asics gel treamill shoe and the asics gel fx crosstrainers. They should be here in about a week....I'll keep y'all posted!!!! Now I just need to get a new pair of superfeet
