I've been doing advanced 4-week rotations, both Cathe's and FitnessFreak's, for several months. The only recovery I've taken is when I'm on vacation or if I get sick, and neither of those happens very often. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to build a recovery week of light cardio only between advanced rotations? I don't particularly feel like I'm over-training, and I'm pretty good about taking unplanned rest days if I need them, but otherwise I've really been pushing myself 6 days a week, and I'm not sure if recovery weeks would be good for my body. Thanks!
