Is the new STS Shock Cardio HiiT step workouts? I'm re-reading the site after pre-ordering Cardio Step, and it seems all three w/o's in Cardio Hiit are step workouts too. When I ordered, it seemed only Cardio Step, via the name, was the step w/o of the new STS Cardio Series. Ugh. I also pre-ordered MMA. So the question is, if Cardio Hiit are step workouts, is it still possible to swap Cardio Step for Hiit?
