Anything new on the DVD replacement?

Looking on the forum, I see that the last update was around 21 November, which is nearly three weeks ago... Any news on this?

I haven't even opened my DVDs yet... I'm sort of in the mindset of "why bother if they're defective?" so I'm very eagerly awaiting my new DVDs!!!

Actually, the latest update--which is pinned to the top of the Ask Cathe forum--is dated December 7th.

For Pete's sake, open your DVDs! Some players don't even register the defect, many only have a slight freeze which barely hinders the workout. And SNM is replacing them automatically whether they're open or not. I don't know why you'd wait!

Yes, the DVDs are completely usable. Mine freeze, but I use them everyday. Open them and enjoy!

Open them, open them!!! How can you stand it??? Mine work perfectly fine. I was able to follow the November rotation to a T, until I got sick! You may be able to enjoy these defective DVD's while you wait for your replacements!

I have a pretty good freeze on one of mine. But, I'm still able to use some of the premixes just fine. Thankfully, I still able to enjoy most of the DVD! Ditto...open them! You'll love them
