We've been missing Carola at Cardio Coach Land and I haven't seen her here either lately!?!?!

Does anyone have any idea how she is? I'm getting a little worried

Awww, you guys are so sweet!!!

I came down with what I thought was the stomach flu last week after DS was sick. It turned into strep and then moved into my sinuses with a pretty high fever and body aches.

I felt like a train wreck and just got up to go to the bathroom or get some tea.

Yesterday was the first day that I went out for a run again but I was in class all day and couldn't go on the computer.

Sorry for just disappearing on you I really missed you guys and was upset because I didn't get my CC and Catheland fix every day.
