I continually have problems with streaming Cathe. It freezes and won't start again, and then I have to find a DVD to replace the workout I planned on doing. I tried to start everything again this morning, and I could not even get the website to come on. I have NO problems with internet, and everything else works. Just Cathe Live. It's the persistent unpredictability that I find frustrating. When it works, great. When not, I hate it.

That is why i avoid streaming! DVDs or Downloads, so any problems are mine to solve!
It can be that the Internet connection is overloaded by a large nubmer of streamers at the same time!
Try to contact support, they may be able to help! They may inform you about peak streaming times so that you can avoid them! Good Luck!

I'm not a subscriber, but I have had problems with another app that froze or crashed. It can be frustrating. Customer service will walk you through problem-solving like clearing your cache, re-setting, re-starting, etc. And I recall Chris saying they have a group of technicians who will help with their apps. So perhaps reach out to Customer Service - you'll receive a ticket-number when you do so you know your request went through. Then someone will contact you within a few days. Good Luck!

Yes. I access Live using the Internet on my Smart TV. I have to often delete my history and reboot my router. Then it works fine. I hate constantly logging in too. It's a pain using the remote. Much easier using my tablet but I am spoiled with a big screen tv. I rarely have any freezing with you tube.

If you can cast from or mirror your tablet to your smart TV, you'll be able to stream via the easier, spoiled with your TV's big screen, by casting or mirrorring your tablet on the TV screen. These can either be built in on tablets or through apps such as miracast, chromcast, samsung smartthings, ... depending on the type of your tablet!

I have OnDemand which includes CatheLive, & thankfully have very little problems
with it, despite my very slow internet, so as mentioned above, I would contact them.
sometimes I do restart router to clear & that can help too. Hope you get it working.

Lucky you matching the tablet with the Smart TV. In reality, it depends on which TV manufaturer and even which model!

No, my tv is a “dumb” tv… , not hooked to internet ….I just use the adapter hooked to iPad & hdmi cable that is already connected to tv…

As i said, Lucky you! So your TV acts as an external monitor, which, in your case, is smarter and more intelligent than a Smart TV.

I used to mirror from my tablet to my tv, but after awhile I was forced to pay. Not doing that. I actually prefer the way I'm doing it now, it just can be time consuming. Yesterday I got on right away. Not sure when the next time I will have to relog in. That's what I find irritating.
