Have any of you written letters, called or sent emails stating that you are unhappy about the service thus far and you feel like your cc shouldn't be charged yet? I do feel like it is unacceptable for you guys to have to wait like this. I do feel like waiting more than 6 weeks is ridiculous considering these DVDs already exist. It is also unbelievabe that you are being charged already.
I would, if I were you, write a letter/email stating exactly how I feel. Be proactive. Don't cuss or be mean or anything, but I would let them know how I feel abous the service and what they could do to keep future customers from feeling the way you are right now.
