Hello,
I have included the web address where i get my coral calcium. I tried the pills but because of the colitis I just couldn't absorb them. This calcium works great. I noticed a difference very quickly taking it. Personally I took 2 a day sometimes 3 times on bad days.

The foods that really trigger my fibromyalgia are nuts, chocolate, peanut butter, processed meats like hot dogs bologna, and sugar, for instance Saturday I ate 3 pieces of pie which was full of sugar and I hadn't taken my calcium in a week so Sunday I was stiff and my feet hurt. But I coudln't turn it down it was freshly picked cherries and my mom made a pie and boy was it good but she added alot of sugar. Everyone is different though you might have allergies to totally different foods. Getting myself to exercise was a little difficult that day. But i stretched first then I was o.k. From what i have read fibromyalgia patients are lacking magnesium along with alot of other vitamins due to colitis. That is why the calcium works so well it has magnesium in it. Also I read that fibromyalgia patients muscles are tight when we get up in the mornings and that is why we need to stretch a little longer than other people before we exercise. All the things we have are an autoimmune disorder.
For a long time I took a liquid vitamin also called truwell lmv gold.
www.truwell.net If you have colitis and problems with your ulcers and inflammation this product is amazing. I was in misery for 11 months with my colitis I tried everything and within 2 days of taking this I was healing inside. It healed me so fast it was unbelievable. I haven't had to take it in a week I have been doing great for awhile and I am trying to wean myself off everything and live like a normal person again because the liquid vitamins are expensive.
But watching your diet is utmost of importance. I love sweets. But i have learned moderation and when to turn them down. I watch out for bread products yeast is a real problem. I eat alot of fruits and vegetables. I stay away from greasy foods. I eat chicken breast and turkey. I try to eat as natural as possible. Try to keep stress away. Peanut butter kills me. I think it is almost the worst of everything. I am going to try natural almond butter and see how that goes because I love peanut butter.
I would suggest keeping a diary of what you eat and how you feel. You can have a delayed reaction up to 48 hours after you have eaten something you are allergic too it will not necessarily be immediate.
I hope this will help you.
