Any Guys Out There? 9-9

Hey guys-

I did 4DS bootcamp and bi/tri today, but with weights first. I never do that, but I really enjoyed it. I almost always do cardio first, but thought I'd give it a try. I figured I'd be wiped for the bootcamp stuff, but actually just felt extra warmed up to really go for it.
Who knew?

Ben, doing weights first before cardio is actually the preferred way nowadays. I'd do the same.

I did Amy Bento's CIA Hi/low Knockout today. Fun, but tough, workout!
