I'm sure most of us have seen the recent pics of Valerie Bertinelli looking fabulous in a bikini. If you were inspired by her to lose that last 10-20 pounds before summer -- and if you're in your 40s -- please email me for details on a project that you might be interested in. Thank you!

Ok, can I just say that when my hubby saw that whole buzz on VB, he told me I look better than she does! (I'm 47). He's sweet, eh? But thank you, Cathe!!

The women who inspire me live in the real world...they work out before the sun rises, plan dinner in their head while lifting weights and run to Cardio Coach at 2:00 a.m. because its the only time they won't be interrupted by their kids/spouse. Not to mention those who can't afford diet programs like Jenny Craig to begin with. Sorry, *celebrities* have never inspired me, they have every advantage to succeed, including their own air-brush technicians for perfect results.
