Thought I'd ask you about this since I haven't received a response from the Cathe customer service yet. I ordered the Slow and Heavy series DVD on Monday and got an e-mail confirmation saying it was being processed. I tried tracking with UPS, but when I enter my phone number it says they can't locate it. I e-mailed customer service on Wednesday and they haven't responded either. Should I just assume the order is on it's way? Or, do you usually get an e-mail saying the order has shipped with a tracking number? Thanks for any input.
