all cardio

I would love to see some type of workout, cardio only, that incorporates the funnest of the funnest moves and provides a full hour of cardio while simultaneously focusing on toning. I love when a cardio workout also works your abs and/or lower body at the same time. This workout could include the step, kickboxing and even high low, drill type moves, whatever people would want, just so long as it is all cardio and focusing on toning. Does that make sense??
