What type of flooring did you end up going for? Rubber?
Is it friendly to your knees?

Hi Nathalie,

My husband had shoulder surgery and is still not allowed to do anything heavy. We plan on doing the flooring ourself Soon we are getting ready to remodel my workout room. I think, I will go with rubber for the flooring? My workout room is my basement, it has carpet all around. I want something I can clean and wipe easy I will keep you posted.

UPDATE: We started renovations on my gym/basement
