I'm just ending STS Meso1 and getting ready to take an active recovery week. I know how important the rest is, but the concept of resting for a week is very difficult for me. So I'd like to know what you guys do for active recovery. Any weights at all. (I'm a weight junkie!
) Maybe yoga and a little cardio? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
