Abs Suggestions

Why do you like abs hits? I have other Cathe DVD with Abs included. What outside instructor/DVD for abs do you recommend? Such as Firms Abs Five Days and others?

I hope Cathe will do an ab hits 2 with the newer footages, including hard core series. This would put all or nearly all of her ball work on 1 DVD! AWESOME!

I like Ab Hits because it conveniently puts all the ab work on one DVD. Even though I have all of Cathe's DVD's, it makes it so much easier not to have to stop and switch out DVD's (I like to do mini ab marathons).

I also am hopping that Cathe will put out another Ab Hits just because I enjoy the first one so much! Maybe when Hardcore is over?

Tamilee Web's 'I want those abs' is a really good workout.

Kari Anderson's Kurl is an excellent Ab routine. 20 minutes flat for that work out.
